Vendor Referral
Based on your budget and style, your concierge will recommend wedding service providers for you to interview. She will provide you with addresses and phone numbers so you can schedule appointments at your convenience.
Wedding Organization
Once you have hired your service providers, your concierge will request copies of all of your contracts. With this information, your concierge will create a payment schedule and a wedding day agenda for your service providers.
Etiquette Advisor
Your concierge will assist you with the proper etiquette for invitation and program wording as well as proper envelope addressing.
Wedding Accessories
Your concierge will help you find and order wedding accessories such as favors, guestbook and flower girl basket that compliments your wedding design.
Coordination
Your concierge will coordinate your rehearsal and wedding ceremony. She will also stay through your first reception event and will depart once the main entrée has been served.
Wedding Wrap-up
Prior to leaving, your concierge will make sure your gifts are safely placed in your room and that all of your wedding keepsakes are secure.
Preservation Services
If you would like to preserve your wedding gown, or bouquet, your concierge will retrieve your bouquet and gown and take them to the proper vendor for preservation. Fees for gown preservation start at $200.00.
Bridal Party Pampering
If you would like to say thank you to your bridal party in a special way. Your concierge can arrange a Mobile Day Spa to come to you and pamper your girls… guys too.
Guests Pampering
If you would like to give your out-of-town guests a special welcome, your wedding concierge will arrange for welcome bags to be placed in your guests’ rooms. Gift bags typically start at $25.00 each. Gratuities for gift bag delivery will also apply.
